I found the room to be a welcome sight, offering a clean space. the air conditioning worked wonders, especially during warmer times. the maintenance staff promptly attended to any minor issues i encountered. I was impressed by their responsiveness.
I noticed some areas around the pathways could use a repaint. It is a very minor detail.

i appreciated the quick private transfer from the airport it took only twenty minutes the spacious and clean room had comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning i found the food selection quite good with something for everyone i did not feel the need to book the themed restaurants for a week.
the staff promoting tours and activities like boat trips felt a bit persistent at times it is a common practice though.

A resort full of HEART

I loved the beautiful gardens at this resort! staff spends a lot of time maintaining them. My room was very clean and quite large, which I appreciated. Four bottles of water were placed in the mini fridge every day, SUCH a lifesaver in that heat! The resort has everything you could wish for.
The food was generally good though I found some dishes to be bland, and it could become repetitive after a while.

Nella was very cute and gave us great, useful information to help us with our holiday, which I appreciated. Lifeguards are near the pools constantly. They provide assistance whenever needed. The maintenance guys do their job perfectly as they keep all resort areas nice and tidy.

The superior double room was acceptable and cleaned daily by Ibrahim from housekeeping, WHO did a great job. The room had a large bed, fresh linens, and working air conditioning. It made for a very comfortable space.

The main restaurant and Egyptian bar were very good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered a lot of choices. Dunes restaurant makes lovely omelettes for breakfast. Aurora restaurant provides a buffet in a smaller venue. The chefs deserve compliments for their delicious work.

i liked the beautiful gardens. staffs worked hard to keep them immaculate and beautiful. the hotel has direct access to the beach and that was quiet and relaxed. i liked there being a good place for snorkeling directly off the jetty.
check in was stressful. it was chaotic and disorganized. the rooms felt very old. they seem shabby and in desperate need of modernization. beds are not comfortable too.
