Jasmine Palace Resort, Hurghada

I had quite a disappointing experience at this hotel. While the location and gardens were lovely, everything else seemed to fall short, especially the service and cleanliness. The food was not great, and I felt the all-inclusive package was poorly managed. It really didn't meet the expectations of a 5-star resort, and I left feeling unsatisfied.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the beach area was lovely and the staff were helpful in securing sunbeds, I found the room a bit dated and not as clean as I expected. Dining was decent but repetitive, and the entire experience felt more like a budget-friendly resort than a luxurious getaway. Overall, it had some redeeming qualities, but I wouldn't describe it as luxurious.

I had a lovely experience at the hotel with beautiful grounds and a friendly atmosphere. The staff were attentive and made my holiday special, especially Mohamed and Islam. The food was generally good, particularly the Chinese and Italian options. However, the alcohol offered left much to be desired, and the rooms could use some updating for a more luxurious feel.

My stay at the hotel was quite frustrating, highlighted by numerous issues which made my overall experience disappointing. While the location is good, and there were some nice aspects like the shops within the hotel, the service and facilities need a serious upgrade. Many guests, including myself, faced various problems that weren't addressed effectively. I expected much better, especially for a place that claims to be five-star.
